Request for an Out-of-Area Appointment


Thank you for your interest in requesting an appointment with us. Adherence to our process is crucial for the success and resolution of your case. Please read the following points carefully before submitting your appointment request:

Exclusive Commitment: To ensure the best possible outcome, you must not work with any outside paranormal investigation groups or deliverance ministries while we handle your case. Mixing methodologies can be harmful, and choosing to work with another group will result in us dropping your case.

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy: Due to our high caseload, it is challenging to secure an appointment date. Please make every effort not to reschedule once a date is set. If you must cancel, provide at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in your case being dropped, and you will need to reapply as a new client.

Donation Requirements: We require a minimum retainer of $5,000 for out-of-area cases. Unused funds will be returned minus a $500 minimum donation. While we do not charge fees, our work incurs significant costs. Your donations are essential, especially for travel expenses such as airfare, hotels, restaurants, and rental cars.

Treatment Plan and Follow-Up: Once we assess your situation, we will outline a treatment plan. If additional visits are needed after the initial resolution, an additional processing donation will be requested.
